I do not act as a solicitor, barrister, or regulated legal professional. Any legal information shared is general in nature and should not be relied upon as legal advice. You remain responsible for obtaining independent legal advice where appropriate.
My services do not replace medical, psychiatric, or legal care.
All work carried out within our professional relationship is treated as confidential and handled with care and respect.
Confidentiality may be broken only where:

Some services are provided outside of booked sessions. This may include written communication, document review, telephone calls, or other agreed forms of support.
Time spent providing this support forms part of the services provided and may be charged accordingly, as agreed in advance.
Once work has begun, time spent remains payable even if the work is later paused or discontinued.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.
If I need to cancel a session, you will not be charged and we will arrange an alternative where possible.

Fees remain payable for time already spent on work outside sessions, even if the work is later paused or discontinued.
Fees are agreed in advance and may vary depending on the type of service provided.
Payment details will be provided as applicable.
Contact is limited to professional communication relating to the services provided and will take place during normal working hours unless otherwise agreed.
I am not an emergency or crisis service. If you require urgent support, you should contact appropriate emergency or support services.
Sessions or support may be paused or stopped if continuing would not be safe, appropriate, or professionally responsible.
